The Granary in Buckie is a super spacious house with a big cozy living room that has a real stove. It makes you feel right at home. The bedrooms are also huge, with large beds that are perfect for a good night's sleep. The house has not one, not two, but three bathrooms with both showers and baths. So convenient for a big group of friends like us! Each room even comes with little extras like an iron and ironing board, as well as ceiling fans to keep you cool in the warm weather.
Personally, I didn't really fancy the separate bathtubs in the bathrooms. But hey, to each their own.

We stayed at The Granary for 5 days and it was absolutely perfect. Gavin, the host, was amazing and made our experience wonderful. The location is great, with Elgin just a short 15-minute drive away, and there's a grocery store only 3 miles away. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a restful stay. The rooms are spacious, with super king size beds and plenty of light. The property has everything you need, including WIFI, TV, washer and dryer, stove and oven. Highly recommended for groups of any size.
Would recommend this hotel.

The Granary in Buckie is such a great place to stay! The house feels really spacious and cozy, especially with the wood-paneled living room and real stove. I loved that there were 2 bathrooms and a separate living room - so convenient! The beds were also really spacious and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The rooms even had ironing boards and ceiling fans, which I found really handy.
Honestly, there wasn't much that I didn't like about The Granary. But if I had to pick something, I guess it would be the separate bathtubs in the bathrooms.

The Granary is surrounded by barley fields used for whisky making. The free WiFi in public areas was such a treat, I could post all my glamorous selfies while sipping on drams on the balcony.
Who needs clean plates and curtains anyway? Mold and dried food just add character to the experience.

Great property - we stayed with young children and the host was extremely accommodating. Brilliant location and we did a lot of morning runs along the coast.
